Could you add an option to log a set minimum number of hours for premium rates, regardless of the actual hours worked based on clock-in and clock-out times? I am an electrical contractor who performs regularly scheduled on-call duties for a critical public infrastructure client, as well as unscheduled after-hours emergency jobs for all clients. For both on-call and after-hours emergency jobs, I receive a minimum of 4 hours' pay at 1.5 times my standard rate, regardless of how long the job takes or whether I have reached my weekly overtime threshold. For example: if I finish a job in one hour, I still get paid for 4 hours at the x1.5 premium; however, if the job takes 6.5 hours, I get paid for 6.5 hours at that same premium rate. Additionally, though less critical, could you add an option for a base on-call pay regardless of whether any hours are logged? For example: whenever I am on-call I get a $200/week base pay as compensation for being required to answer my phone and be on-site within 2 hours of receiving a call, regardless of where I am, what I am doing, or what time it is.
Can you add few tax deductions/calculation option. Example in the Netherlands tax rates are different depend on the work hours. Tax deductions list (pension rate %/amount, insurance rate/amount and ect) 40h (basic hours) - tax rate 24%. 40h + 5h OT - 27% TAX 40h + 10h OT - 32% TAX its 5-8 tax rate steps.
Please add a calendar feature that automatically calculates regular and overtime hours. I work in agriculture, where regular working hours vary each month, so overtime should be calculated automatically based on the monthly schedule.
A private mode would be helpful; I often find myself needing to share certain data but would like to hide the amounts. Thank you

Ability to clock on and off by tapping phone on a nfc sticker so you don't need to open your phone at all just program the sticker or tag and tap, automatically clocks onto current or most recent job unless otherwise designated, phone stays locked
It would be great if you could select what to show in the annual calendar view. Right now, it shows hours for me. Can it be changed to tags?
