add a bonus/expense without having to have stop/start times

One option I'd like to see is the ability to add a bonus without having to have stop/start times. For example I am paid for being on standby without having to actually work any hours. At the moment I can't find a way to enter this without having start/stop times which then gives wrong hours worked totals. Hope this makes sense. Edit. Worked out how to do it.
