Filter added expenses out from total income

I like to see my total income, by adding the tips I make during my shift through added expenses, however, I also would like be able to know how much money I should be getting payed without tips.
If there was a way to filter or toggle all my added expenses so I could see my total income and my income without tips that would be awesome.
