Calculation of payment of wages with omissions

There is a loophole in calculating the payment of wages, where employees are billed by the hourly rate, but bosses are not paid by the minute. Like myself when I enter the workplace and click start at 11:47 and clock out at 21:02, the boss will only recognize 9 hours of work and the extra minutes are not counted as pay. I wish I could add the amount paid when recording the status (paid).
