Overtime

In my state, overtime is most commonly paid at 1.5 the hourly rate after 40 hours in a 7 day week. Unless I am misunderstanding the instructions, I do not see 1.5 hourly rate after 40 hours. Also, my pay period runs from the 1st to the 15th, and then the 16th to the last day of the month. So picking the start day for each week would be helpful
