Overtime by Client Instead of Project

Please allow overtime to be logged by client rather than just by project. In cases where a client has multiple projects, it's currently difficult to track and apply correct overtime allowances, as these are only recognized when linked to a single project. A client-wide overtime option would ensure accurate compensation and simplify time tracking.
