Retainer Client Invoicing

Permit invoicing a client that pays a monthly flat rate independent of the number of hours worked.

This would allow invoicing clients for whom I am on retainer to provide services up to a certain number of hours for a fixed monthly rate, e.g. $500 per month for up to 20 hours of services.

Clients receive a timesheet and fixed-fee invoice.
