SELECT PUNCH IN & PUNCH IN NOW

Many times I just start working and an hour later I remember I haven't Punched in. It may be helpful to change the PUNCH IN button to two separate buttons like 'SELECT PUNCH IN TIME' & 'PUNCH IN NOW' (Punch in now could be bigger and easier to choose). Just a thought. Thanks.
