Share hours worked for certain days or projects

Hello, I keep track of the hours I work for my regular job and the hours I work with my Father.

I would like to be able to share certain time period entries/days/projects via text or other messaging app to either include optional details such as hours worked and pay rate or just stand alone hours worked etc.
