Some ideas

  1. Some times we was not taxed overtime but i cannot choos that. Can you make options to choose hours without tax?
  2. If we choose 4week period than in calendar shows overtime at last few days in month, change it please
  3. "Deduction" was minus from sum Before tax, need option for Deduction apply After tax.
    Sum->tax->deductions
